Please be sure to include the tagline. The logo should convey the values of ballast, confident understatement (less is more) and enduring character; it could apply classic elements but be contemporary in appearance; Image could be a watermark effect ; contemporary fonts (not fussy!) preferred. I'd like an image (abstract) that conveys the values of leadership and team building for example a circle (the united team) with a central symbol representing the leader, etc.
