thanks for participating in our contest. You are ranked first because we absolutely love the abstract of the lioness. We do feel that she's hunkering down a little too much. We prefer her body to be racing straight forward but we don want to lose the sleekness of the action.
Also, can you see if you can change up the fonts to something thinner, and taller. Also, if the font colors can be different between Silva & Gonsalves (one in gold and one in dark grey) so that you can tell that its two distinct last names. Can you try to see if the fornt can have a grading effect or something metallic looking. And, lastly, we like to have a line in between our names and the tagline.
We do want to keep the overall look of the lion (outlined in this way), but see if her action position can change as above.
Thanks for the feedback on the design. I submitted a new version #104. The lioness was slightly modified to have a sleeker more confident look to her. I also changed the font and gave it a metallic sheen. Let me know what you think of the new design.
