#11 V looks like a flag, I believe of south africa. I also don't like the line in the middle of the logos. #10 looks like a superhero logo, but it is very clever.
I see what you are doing with #12 and #13. I'm not sure the colors and the color order are working, and like I said, I don't like the line.
