We are a real estate team with a target audience of Generation X and Boomers who are professionals and/or business owners. They are looking to move up in home, purchase a resort community home, or a retirement home.

The brand identity is clean, approachable, and fun with a focus on customer experience and quality service. We are luxury, but not pretentious. Think classic brands with a bit of a modern feel and lifestyle brands. Brand aspirations - Eddie Bauer, LL Bean Signature Line, Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, The Broadmoor, Westin Resort Hotels. Ideally the logo would contain a graphic element that is easily identifiable when separated from the company name (ie- the Starbucks mermaid can stand alone from the word Starbucks and is still a solid brand identity). We need something that can be easily be placed on a for sale sign or apparel. This can be a stylized S.
