Si'Mama Cafe'Logo Design Contest

This is fabulous! Any other entries should be at least this simple, classic, and high-end. So far, this is the one we like best, but can you please edit one thing? The apostrophe at the end shouldn't be an apostrophe, but an accent on the "e" in "Cafe." Thanks!!
