Getting there, but this looks more like a burlesque / exotic dancer. We want it to be very clear that it is a Showgirl like with feathers, etc. I can send you some samples if you can provide email address. Also can you make the feather and the word "GIRLS" a gradient so it looks more like silver instead of gold? Same for the diamond, we would like it to look more like a diamond (white, silver) color.
