In case you are unfamiliar with what a short sale is: Short Sale is when working with a distressed seller whose home is going into foreclosure. The opt to do a short sale instead rather than have their home foreclosured on. We work with sellers that are in foreclosure and Realtors who work with sellers in a foreclosure situation. Logo should be clean, crisp, warm and have no $ for the S in Short Sale Pros, as these people are loosing their homes. Hope this makes sense.

Short Sale Pros, LLC is a negotiating and processing company. We are at the center of the short sale. We communicate with the seller, the banks, the agents, etc. We work with all parties that are involved with a Short Sale transaction.

Hi All, We're posting a brief update that might help in the process. In many of the current designs a house is the main focus. We think it would be good to see designs that have some relationship elements worked in that invokes a sense of partnership and security.

Also, it's not necessary to include the "LLC" in your designs.
