Great start, Text needs to be bigger [doesn't need the shadow or web2 look] maybe funk the fish up a little somehow with line draw to make a little more abstract? or just make it Orange, Green or Blue?

Like the fish now, don't like the font! Could you work a few different fonts and include a .co.uk - also try and use different colours for the shore/angler/.co.uk [blue,green&orange are colours I use on the site]
It's more about the right font now and not the font effects [although the right balance will always please]
