2nd place - 20 points
3rd place - 10 points
4-6th place - 5 points
7-10 place - 3 points
10th on - 1 point

#6- I like your concept, the font used in this design is just a little fancier than I like.

#19-Great use of patient centered care concept.

I extended the contest another 5 days. I like several of the submissions, but just haven't found that one that completely clicks with my practice vision. Some of the newest submissions are wonderful, I just want more time to make a final decision. I appreciate all of your hard work and creativity. Thank you.

#43 and 45-I like your submission with the child in the center; however, I would like to see the outside look a little more like a tooth.
