I do like the BOMB...we never could envision how bomb would work in the logo but to be quite honest, you have made it really cool. Excellent use of text and orange / grey scale color. At this point i can't say what else i'd like to see in this logo...just maybe some variations...and definately - keep up the nice work...it's really appreciated!
We'd like to see a few changes to the design before the contest ends if possible:
1. We would like to see a larger explosion behind the bomb. And would like to see outlined rings in the bullseye (inside the explosion - to make it stand out more?)
2. Can you do something with the 'Exploding Rifle Targets' line to make it stand out? Or maybe make 'Exploding' stand out? Maybe orange outline? Larget 'Exploding' font?
3. More color. I don't know how. And i'm not suggesting a different color. That orange/black is very sharp...what do you think?
Sorry to put you to work man, but a few last changes: We agree that we like #32 the best. I think we need to revise the design...and here is what we would like to see:
1. We are afraid the logo has gotten to 'busy.' Can we get rid of the long wick that extends throughout the logo? How about a wick (like #4) and lit, but not extended past there.
2. Keep the color scheme in #32...grey and orange. We love it fading from darker (bottom) to lighter (top). How about darker on the bottom (more black 'shock' and brighter orange 'wave') to ligher on top?
3. Color fading is cool, the bomb is cool, afraid the wick (although i really like it) makes it look busy, and also we don't think the explosion and shockwaves (((...))) can go together. Can you give us a logo with only the explosion (like #6) and also with just the shockwaves (((...))) like #32, but without the explosion...or make the explosion smaller.
