Interim professionals can register at the agency. At the same time Sherpa aids companies finding the right interim professional for the job. Sherpa aims at improving procedures and strategies in companies by using the existing qualities of the employees. Industry Consulting Color Preferences Colors should be formal and business like but should also express 'lending an helping hand' (warmth) Core values: 1. Blue: operational processes: Focus on results 2. Red: (warm red or orange/brown): Focus on the behavior of people 3. Green: sustainability (of changes on the one side and environmental issues on the other) 4. Sherpa put it's main focus on people. Capacities, talents and personal development/learning processes are essential. 5. Sherpa's were appointed to be carriers but mostly guides of travelers and mountaineers. They have proven to be hard and loyal workers but also leaders in dangerous and remote mountain areas. Our Ideas & Additional Information Because the name of the company is SHERPA, there has to be a clear association with mountains and the figure or role of a Sherpa. Just like the Sherpa leads the mountaineers toward the top of the mountain, the company guides it's client toward results and new days ahead. We feel the logo wouldn't be complete with at least an image of either mountains, a Sherpa or both. This means that the only text in the logo should be SHERPA. 14 years ago Kirstenwagenaar Client I also made some changes to the general brief. Changes involve mostly use of colors and the figure of a sherpa in the logo. We would really like to see some logo's with such a figure in it. 14 years ago Kirstenwagenaar Client Designers,We haven't seen any logo's with the figure of a Sherpa, someone climbing the mountain yet.It would be nice if someone could give that idea a try (together with some different colors next to the blue like greens and/or deep reds).Thank you,Kirsten. 14 years ago
