Another version that might show well on street.

I tried to offer something with larger type and something easily visible, but was trying to avoid doing anything close to the results I did in Google image search for "Shenandoah logo" which almost all had a tree and a river combination.

These first two designs are inspired by the photo you posted, the round louvered vent at the top, and the way the units seem to link with a sense of safety and community.
