I try to come out something simple with unique & modern twist without losing the identity of your original logo.
The connected letter e to k symbolise the idea of sharing, connectivity, ability, possibility of women in doing things.

Here's a couple of new bold & stylish color yet still have the sense of feminine :

burgundy vs peach
