Diamond Contest
We're sorry, but this contest is presently open to a limited pool of designers.
After reviewing the entries submitted, I now have a better idea of what we are looking for in our logo. I'd like to see a better balance betweeen the art and the company name as well as equal focus on all words of the company's name- perhaps even initials used within the logo? Also, I would like it to be a little softer as right now all entries have the word Sharp as its main focus and it can come off a bit harsh. With my last name as a part of the company's name, I do not want my potential clients to feel as though they have been blasted by me.
As a new CH, I've realized that ranking more than the top four is possibly hindering the submission of unique logos. I'm just going to use a top line, top four ranking just to represent the direction we would like to go with the logo. Feel free to submit as many concepts and logos as possible- I will be in contact with all of you as much as possible to provide personalized, directional feedback. Feel free to contact me for further details---Lets have fun with this!
The entries submitted so far have been very creative, I am very happy with the progress. However, I have noticed that most entries submitted are in blue. I know I said I am not partial to any particular color scheme but I would like to see more focus in the logos/colors- the typeface can always be modified later.
I see that the contest has been extended. I would assume that this means that there is nothing here that exactly "hits the mark". Can you provide us some feedback about some of the things that work for you as well as what doesn't? Usually sound feedback is needed in order to have a successful conclusion to the contest. Thanks!
