These are my samples for you. I consider that Entry #79, with the flag mark, is more appropriate to family. In Entry #83 i have tried to add your desired colors and also red, that represents the company work environment!

Changed font, and also i had put Shanghai under the the logo to be understand that behind him is SHANGHAI... and also put in from the logo!
