I did in college. For a coffee house next to campus, in exchange for a semester of free coffee.

No :) just thought I could throw it at the others to help push yours more. We're going to do chalkboard menu's in the shop. If we select your logo, maybe we can work out some more graphic work outside logo tournament!

haha I'm on the IL side of the WI/IL border. It's currently 15ª with about 30+ inches of snow in my yard, so soft serve isn't a **huge** incentive at the moment :)

I wanted to see if you could touch up a few things though to #145:
Line on the cup above the word organic looks to be left over from sash. Can we get rid of that?
White shadow on cup is below organic, missing above it, then reappears above shakes and cones...
left bottom side of cup looks to be "bent" behind the R in organic...if the ribbon wasnt there it doesnt look to follow the same path upward...does that make sense?

Also, if possible...can we see a version with those changes, and then converted to a two color? I can't tell if the cone color and the & symbol are the same color, but I'm curious how it would look just grey and orange..

okay...so this isn't exactly conventional, but I wanted to show the differences (which won't be 100% true color, since these are all Pantone spot colors being displayed on a screen, but they'll give you an idea). I made the artwork corrections to all - the only differences are the color palettes. I can actually just supply all of them if you want them, as they're just variations on color :)

#146 - 3 colors - full tone
#147 - 3 colors - 2 full tone the orange uses a 60% version to be "cone colored"
#148 - 2 colors - Gray & Orange: Full tone + 30% Gray for shadow & 60% Orange for cone
#149 - 2 colors - Cool Gray & Orange: Full tone + 30% Cool Gray for shadow & 60% Orange for cone
#150 - 4 color process using the colors from previous versions.

If you prefer one of the 2-3 color versions, let me know so I can upload one WITHOUT the "color bars"...LT likes to keep the group portfolio clean :)

Thanks Josh. Right off the bat, though, I feel like that white space should continue up the cup and there should be some white in between the wedge of the organic ribbon and the shakes ribbon. does that make sense?

That works! Thanks. Really like the colors in #152. I think thats our winner. I'll check with the others to make sure there aren't any changes...

ok one more nit picky detail that I'm still hung up on :)
still working with the shading on the cup. I like how close it came to the top line of the shakes and cones ribbon from #145.

and I like how it looks (minus the sash and line) on the cup in #130

can we play with #152 and #151 to make the cup white detail match up with the above references?

almost. top is right...now can you make the white extend all the way to the lines in the ribbons on the bottom two white shades? no light grey...should go line to shadow...like it does up top now.
