Our Ideas & Additional Information
Thinking it should include a pig, the main focus of our BBQ. Perhaps in the style of classic Chicago / midwest BBQ joints. Optionally could include a reference to our name, Shady Akers (the owners' last name is Aker), such as an oak tree - but that may be too complex.
