I'm not sure of changes can still be made. If they can, can you give me font where the "E" is more squared up, not so rounded at the corners. I want to keep the modern, sans serif feel. I like the strength (boldness) of this font and the spacing on the word Leadership

Thanks for the prompt turn around. The burgundy in this design is a too dark. I was hoping for something with a more reddish cast - not red, but a reddish cast.
