Sextant Leadership enables people to find and develop the innate attributes of leadership they were born with. The goal is to empower people to to find the courage to step up and assume leadership roles, thereby giving their own lives greater meaning and impact and, at the same time, beginning to fill the void in effective leadership that currently exists. The most likely target audience is men and women, between the ages of 25 and 45, who "just know" they were meant to have a greater positive impact on the world around them and feel frustrated that their current position does not enable them to have that impact.
