If it can be done: 1) I'd like to see this design in the font you used in 306 and 339 - assuming you can keep the "sextant" as the letter "A". If not, never mind. 2) I'd like to see the same design with a blue SEXTANT - if you can change the font, great - if not I still want a blue version. Thanks. I'm going to get really picky here - sorry about that. I do like the lighter gray, and . . . 1) Can we try this with a blue dot in the center of the compass rose and a blue circle? 2) Can you bold the word "Leadership" without making it darker? 3) If you think the compass rose would be better balanced, you could try changing the shading from blue to grey. Your call.

I made the grey a little lighter on this one.

A bit bolder font than in #183

#307, #308, #309: with three different sans serif fonts.

With the same font as in #161 but without the gaps.

Now I will ask for a change. I'd like to see this design with the E closed off and the font for the word "Sextant" a bit bolder - if there's a way to do it.

Can I see this design with a standard, "non-articulated" (no gaps) san serif font. Same size, same boldness, same color. Thanks.

I chose to "open" the "E" for the following reasons:

1. you listen and you are "open" to the needs of people

2. "E" comes from "East", which is the cardinal point from where the sun is rising. A rising sun is the symbol of new beginning/transformation - individuals becoming leaders.

3. "E" comes from "Empower"

4. and last, but not least, I wanted to counterbalance the attention the "A" is grabbing.

can we try this with the compass rose locked up to the side (left) of the copy block and in a wine (burgundy) and gray pallet

I like the font and the icon/copy lock up on 129, the symbol weighted to the same rough size as the copy block makes a lot of sense, but I like this symbol more than the stylized compass you use on that, could we combine the elements and lose the tag line?

Love the wine and grey color scheme.Not sure about the serifs in the word "Sextant." Do you have another choice?

The feel is good. The compass rose may be a bit too realistic and perhaps a little too large. It dominates the logo. Can we try something more abstract and a bit smaller?

I like the energy of this design. Can we try it without the tag line?
