Across the top where it states - "You'll never walk alone" - Input "Safely Helping Families; Port to Port" - possibly in a wazy maritime banner or wazy flag.
Underneath this is the crest / shield - "States Liverpool Football Club" Input - Senior Port Network across top of shield / crest, underneath it - fill in shield crest with a "distinguishable" community / network / families / professionals design - with Port / Home in the middle.
Underneath Liverpool Shield / Crest is a wazy banner - on outsides of banner / middle outside of shield / crest are fire - replace with 2 little home held up by rods - on outside of crest/ shield. Same location Liverpool has the fire.
Might portray - Family is living in home alone - when they move to "Senior Port Network" - surrounded by community / professionals / love.
Primary Color - "Lime Green", with black and some white.
In addition, if you feel lead, submit another logo - "Sperm Whale" - "Moby Dick" type emblem, or vintage ship emblem - with community inside whale or ship.

My business cards will likely be brown / wood color / ship wood color / center of a tree cut in half w/ rings ... then I'll place my "lime green, black, and white distinguishable emblem on them"
FYI - on my current top ranked design #1 - like how the white color people pop out - distinctive; takes a moment to figure out - both community of people; also kind of exudes a unique nw vibe - looks like both a community of people and a stirring wheel; just unique.

Consider playing around with other designs - I want to view a vintage sperm whale in middle of crest / circle - "white sperm whale". Similar if you walked down a pier, just saw a metal design coming from roof of house, pub, establishment - sperm whale outline / design. "Moby Dick" book sperm whales.
I'd strongly consider a Sperm Whale as part of my logo ... one way to do it. Sperm Whale on Crest / Shield or circle. Then one or three nautical rods w/ flags coming up from top of crest. Wazy Nautical flags. First one - Senior. 2 Wazy flag - port 3. Network. Or three even (not wazy) nautical flags - see on sailing boats.
