Of course, thanks - just FYI one of these will definitely make it to finalist and we can tweak more then. Don't necessarily need to see these changes before this phase ends shortly.
I'm looking at that straight vertical line from the black outline around the banner text as the stopper on that. I don't know if you can change the layering so that the mammoth and the banner are more integrated? Like the bottom layer is the green background, the next one is the tusk of the mammoth, and the "Primal Health" is the top layer, if that makes sense? Or any other idea you would have to bring those two parts together. I really like the mammoth a lot as an identifiable branding element.
I have the same visual feeling here as I did with the two separate elements in the vertical version; can you pull the banner in front of the right tusk a bit; see how that looks?
Hmmm - I'm actually mentally going back to the one where you had the banner in front of the trunk a little bit - #54 - and I think that may actually solve the problem. I also visually like the depth effect that has - I feel like when there's a space between the elements, that my eyes are drawn apart a little. I am looking to have the design be adaptable to a horizontal orientation, I think this would be doable by placing the mammoth and banner side by side? Could you post that as well? I don't know re: contest rules whether that would be considered one logo or two, if I wanted both options?
That's a bit better - I'm not exactly sure how to totally remove the visual association - is it possible to try a less tapering trunk? If nothing else it'll make this the best option

Also, to muddle things up even more; I saw this clip art - https://www.dreamstime.com/stock-illustration-elephant-head-mascot-vector-image45363324 - would the curved trunk be replicable for the mammoth? I like the way it breaks up the left/right symmetry a little bit.
I think if we can integrate those two things, we may have a winner here.
