Your #99 and #100 are intriguing but in these colors a little too flashy. Can you tone them down a little?

here is the changes
I put some black with the main colors to make a smooth gradient.
This is the best way using this pure colors
In all my proposals i made a good combination of:
- clean and beautiful;
- visual permeation;
- great reduction (for distances, stationery, stamps, etc.);
- Color and B&W easy application (for photocopies and paper box).
- The font is easily readable

Would it be possible to make the words a little bigger to be in proportion to the flag (I will call it that as opposed to logo)? I am very bad with proportion so please forgive me if that is not a good idea. Could we deepen the hues just a tiny bit? Thanks.

Thanks for all your work. A couple new designers came up with something I like. I don't know if you can see theirs. One is #231 who added a line under Searchworks and made the LLC very tiny, which is just fine..
Another #215, added "Human Resource Consutling" underneath Searchworks. I really like these ideas. Can you incorporate one or both? If you can do one, I would pick adding the Human Resource Consulting first. I still like your witht he flag the best.
