sorry - meant to post a little about the thought process, but I guess I forgot?
I had intended to say that the aim of the logo was to make a mark with some character that you could build a brand around. I went with a different aesthetic - more vintage 20s/30s - for a few reasons. Firstly, I think it's a little more memorable & unique than what you might expect to get. Next, the style hearkens to a time when people put more care & attention into products - jewelry was still as luxurious, even though it wasn't necessarily expensive (even costume jewelry was still cared for). Also - the mark itself is very adaptable - meaning that you don't need to make only light & wispy jewelry. Lastly - and this isn't so much a strategy as it is a reason - I just wanted to give you a "second option" to consider :)
