What We Do
SEA Caloundra is a large mixed use project combining uses such as owner occupier residences, holiday makers , short term hotel guests and a retail shopping Centre. Caloundra is positioned on the Sunshine Coast, an easy 80 minutes north of Brisbane and 60 minutes from the Brisbane International Airport. Caloundra is also locally known as the “ city of beaches” .
Project
The project proposes exemplar architecture which reflects the best in design for modern coastal living in sub-tropical Queensland, providing all of the lifestyle requirements of the target market in one centre, including fully serviced hotel accommodation new to Caloundra, luxury apartments, speciality shopping, conference and events facilities, recreation and health and well-being facilities, all with generous on-site undercover parking.
Design
Its design, through the seamless linking of healthy living, speciality shopping, entertainment, recreation and community places, and the application of local art and historyto its decoration, not only provides for exceptional public realm outcomes, but also acts as a demand driver for increased visitation to Caloundra and improved activation of Bulcock Street, Caloundra's main thoroughfare .
