The copy seems a bit busy. I don't think we need the ring around the orb.

reverse lines one and two the text

Line one = San Diego: Your Career is Here" (no fancy "Y") in the larger blue font
Line 2 = SDTECHCAREERS.ORG, in the smaller grey font.

#19 the font is a bit too busy or the letters seem to be too close together. I like the mix of blue and grey in the lettering

#16 do not like the dot above the Y in "Your"

#19 little more spacing between lines & 2, Please

#16 please reverse lines 1 & 2. and delete the dot from the top of the Y.
