this my 1st alternative. in this logo I avoid to use a rounded typeface, because I think rounded typeface cannot tell the seriously of the logo (serious to win in the markets), using a rounded typeface it's more fun and lifestyle. the symbols telling about a plate trophy, usually trophy is only for the winner. and the trophy image is the creatures you want. i think that's all my description of my logo.
