Discussion

I haven't decided if I like the hands. I know they are supposed to convey the compassionate side of what we do but I am not sure the general public will pull the same message. One of my owners suggested a stylized yin/yang with a dog and cat instead of the paw.

Can you use a symbol other than a paw for #2? Is the ring the same color as the lettering? We prefer the redish color over brown. Can we make Emergency Center bigger?

For all designs, can you make Emergency Center the same size as Veterinary Specialty please?

Can you rotate the crescent on #80 to mimic #76?

Logo Designer
Sure! Already done! What do you think? #93 and #94
12 years ago

#93 For kicks can we try a deep jewel tone purple and a tan?

#93 you could probably keep the olive green color and use it with a deep purple
12 years ago

#93 Can we change the text as follows:
Scottsdale Veterinary
SPECIALTY and EMERGENCY
Center

Eliminate the lines between the text

Can we try a purple (very deep) and copper (think dark shiny penny) combination?

Logo Designer
Yes, no problem. Already done!
Tell me if the colors match your expectations, if not - I will change them easily.

Artistic

#146 use the word and instead of "&"

#141 is too gold, needs to be more rusty. Make it look like #146 and #147

#138 We want to be sure that this is a 2 color logo. We also would like to remove the fading effect of the text and make them as strong as the ECG line.

Logo Designer
Yes, of course.

As requested, I designed #215 #216 #217 #218 #219 with solid colors, no fading. I also used a couple of different fonts to ensure a solidity in the text.
I wasn't sure which version of the text you preferred, so I tried both of them.
If you want to see other solid colors and fonts, please let me know.

Best wishes,
Artistic

I just realized that there is a spelling error in Specialty. Please correct on #215, #216, #217

#215, keep the design and layout but use the darkness of the text used in #218

Is the shading under the crescent grey or green?

Logo Designer
Hi!

I am sorry about the mistake, I didn't notice it.
In designs #225 #226 #227 - I only corrected the spelling mistake, no other changes.

In designs #228 and #229 - I darkened the text, where the #228 is mildly dark, and #229 is heavier.

Artistic

P.S.: The shading is grey, but it can be easily switched to green if you prefer it.

The shading should be a shade of the green as we are trying to keep it a 2 color logo. I am not sure if printers consider grey a color for printing purposes. Either way I would like to see it green.

#228 you removed the gradient effect in the crescent. Can you put it back in please?

Logo Designer
Hello. Yes, no problem. I will change the shading in a minute.
It is probably good to know, that gradient colors are in fact considered as more than one. There for if you choose a gradient logo it would no longer be 2 colored.

#230 - the shading is changed to green and the crescent is flat colored.
#231 - this time I used the color of the crescent for the shading, but I changed the gradient effect of the crescent as well.

#231 with the green shading please

#232...My doctors would like to see the logo with a change made to the ECG line. A normal rhythm has a small peak followed by a large peak then again followed by a small peak. To have two small peaks after the large one is medically inaccurate. Can we try it with one small, one large, and another small peak? We could also try it with one small, one large, one small, and one large.

#233 - one small, one large, one small
#234 - one small, one large, one small, one large.

Once a winner is selected we would like a color and B&W version. We would also like to know what the pantone equivalents are for the final color selection.

Logo Designer
That would be no problem for any designer and is included in the designer code of conduct, so you don't have anything to worry about.
