This is very nice, Aserastu, and could have possibilities. But at this point, I feel the one ranked first more fully captures what I had in mind. Thank you very much for your hard work!

Actually this is quite nice, but I wonder if we can make a few adjustments? Please don't be discouraged when you see this list. I'm only asking it because I think this design has good potential.

(1) On my monitor, this looks more brown than taupe. Can it be sort of halfway between brown and gray?
(2) Also, I would like a lighter value on the taupe.
(3) Looking at some of your other designs, where SCHECKTREK TRAVEL is at the bottom (not superimposed over the decorative part), I think that is probably better.
(4) We need it all to be shrunk--the design and the lettering.
(5) In addition to that, could we have the S and T in ScheckTrek larger than the other letters? (Perhaps I should put that on the overall directions, as we are definitely leaning in that direction.)
(6) If there is a way to make the silver look more metallic, I would like that as well.

Nice! What if we try this with a taupe background, metallic silver design, and black lettering? Also, I think the whole thing could be shrunk just a bit, so there would be more negative (blank) space. Thank you!

It's good to try new things, but as for the vignette look (if that's what you call it), I'm not really looking for that. Thanks for all your hard work!

This is really cute, Aserastu. It has an elegance and fun quality to it. I don't think it will work for our company, but I hope you can hold onto the idea for a different type of company--a ladies' hair salon or an upscale children's clothing store, for example. Sometimes it's hard to know how to explain why. I guess the best I can say is that it's more cute and fun than sophisticated.

This is definitely worth working with! The metallic look does a lot for it. Can I ask you to play with this a little more. Here's what I would like:
1. Change to a non-serif font for ScheckTrek and Travel
2. Change the font for the S. My daughter thinks this one looks like a dragon, ha! Something scrolly.
3. Then shrink the whole thing so that ScheckTrek begins roughly where the first C appears in this one. (Does that make sense?) I think I would prefer wider margins and a somewhat smaller S.

Thank you! By the way, I like how you used all caps, but changed the size for the S and T in ScheckTrek.

Or maybe the ScheckTrek should be metallic silver with a black S behind it?

I'm wondering if the whole logo could be made smaller--especially the words, but probably the S a bit, too. And could the S be given the effect of metallic silver?
