If you would like your logo to express one thing, you need to put it in one WORD

what would that word be?

That is more difficult to answer than I thought. I think in one word it would be "health".... as in wellness and fitness. I would like the logo to be fun (without being too cute) and sophisticated while still allowing people to quickly relate to it.

I hope that makes sense. Not sure it's helpful! : )

I like your First Choice of your logo you have :)...its very EYE catching and dynamic, I got some inspiration from that!...if I was in the top 5!...I could come up with something maybe it might be interest to you!
