I think this one, with the road sign, is a nice combination of savings and passage as the dollar sign also captures the street signs which tell of road conditions ahead. I believe it stands strongly on it's own as well, plus will translate nicely into black and white.
Can change colors or fonts depending on your choosing.
#15 Looks good. I am looking to stick to more the green and blue idea. Also looking for something more then a $ sign, so it is individual and recognizable.
