The Saraton Settlements team are experienced commercial and residential property professionals engaged by developers to liaise with their buyers settle purchases smoothly and efficiently.

Purple as a secondary colour with black/white
Yellow as a secondary colour with black/white
Do not like orange or green

The logo needs to incorporate a symbol that clearly communicates that we settle properties, not divorces etc. Also needs to visually imply that we are not just dealing with home purchases, we also manage large scale/high rise and commercial property so the symbol needs to communicate all of these visually.

Consider the idea of different shaped windows to depict buildings for example. But please think beyond this concept.

Would consider an abbreviated symbol for the name utilising the two S’s but this cannot compete with the symbol, which is the mandatory element.

The symbol and the business name would need to be able to work together and separately (ie symbol on the front of a t.shirt and the business name on the back).
