Sanctuary: The MusicalLogo Design Contest

Here are my designs I hope they're not too modern or different...

The icon character represents a butterfly and a cross in abstract subtly,
it also symbolises people in form and movement (theatrically).

I do like the colors in these, but not necessarily the design for a rock musical. Also seems too feminine.

as the church IS Sanctuary

Has a regal crown feel as well.
