Here's the update per your requests.

Get rid of the medical symbol (caduceus & star), switch blue and green on font, options of simplifying the mountain (slivers of green and white may be too thin, we may need to embroider the logo and this will need to transfer), option with two different shades of blue, bring out

Bring out blue inlet so it is not so close to the mountain
