Organization description: The San Luis Valley Healthcare Coalition (SLVHCC) is a collaborative of health care organizations, providers, public health departments, emergency medical services, emergency management agencies, and community partners working together to enhance regional preparedness and response capabilities. SLVHCC promotes, develops, and works to enhance regional coordination for medical and public health system preparedness, response, and recovery in the following Colorado counties: Saguache, Mineral, Rio Grande, Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla. Mission: The San Luis Valley Healthcare Coalition exists to manage major surges in healthcare needs brought about by either an event that results in large numbers of people seeking healthcare services or an event that drastically reduces the availability of healthcare services. Services provided: • Effective information sharing and situational awareness • Strategic acquisition and management of resources • Identification and mitigation of key capability and capacity gaps • Collaborative prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery activities. Create a professional yet modern logo design: • in order to attract new members • to form a powerful symbolic association connected to people’s memory of our coalition Logo to be used on our website, letterhead and all our promotional material. • Logos shall be created in the following formats: AI, BMP, JPG, PNG and TIFF. • Want the logo to be horizontal versus vertical.
