What We Do
We are a hospital. We are implementing a new program aimed at helping nurses advance in their careers. The program has 4 pathways to take nurses from beginners (just out of nursing school) to opportunities for leadership and mentoring. Nurses apply to participate in the pathways and must meet certain criteria and project completion to earn their next level.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
The program name is TOP and the acronym is Transitions to Practice, Transitions to Peer Leadership, etc. The "P" changes based on the 4 program pathways. We considered TOP RN (with the RN as a superscript next to TOP). We like this concept but would like for it to be in a logo form that signals "nursing." The organization logo will always appear on the page with the program logo.
We also have an organizational culture among nursing where we want to recruit and keep nurses who have true passion for their career and our patients. We recognize nurses who demonstrate our values by posting them on a board that says "Nurses With Heart." When we recruit, we are seeking "Nurses With The Heart Our Patients Deserve."
It would be nice if we could incorporate the heart theme into the TOP RN program brand, so including it as part of the logo may help achieve that.
