Hi. I think the finish flags are too race-specific, so perhaps try other artwork? I do like the text style and colors, and the motto is very easy to read.

I think #153 is an improvement. I still not too fond of using the initials in the artwork. Maybe drop the artwork altogether and just go with the wording?

Thanks! I still like #166 best of these, I think for the boldness and colors.
