Salado Crossing is a Multifamily Apartment Community in San Antonio, Texas.

Sophisticated with a "POP" of color. Will include sample colors of the buildings. All paint is from Sherwin Williams, and you can find the exact colors at www.sherwin-williams.com. Just type in the color number (EX: SW7046). The base color is Grey (SW7046), This is the majority of the siding of the buildings. The trim is lighter color (almost a cream white). The doors are a tangerine color (SW6621), and the accent walls leading up to the doors are green (SW6431). The painted wood on the balconies is dark (SW7069), and all of metal railings and fencing is black.

A photo of our test paint is attached. This logo will be used on the monument sign to the property. It is a busy street, and we anticipate that the sign will be lighted. Attached is a picture of the old sign.
