I like the simplicity of your design. The green color is not quite right - more sage colored please. Also, could you try to make the logo a bit rounded over and a 3d effect. We may also need a version where the words are larger in relation to the logo.

I think #40 is looking great. The colors are a bit too pale, but getting closer! I am also a bit worried about the color of the font being too hard to read so we might want to tweak that a bit too.

My team would like to try a "chiseled granite edge" look to the emblem. We also want to see a bit more color and the font a bit easier to read.
