For a glance look, perhaps it only seem like a wing. But, actually the first wing (lower wing with gold color) represent the "S" for Sacramento, the second wing represent the "r" for running, and the running figure (blue color) represent the "A" for Association.
I built the wing united with the head that picture a fire (spirit). Reference entry #11 and the horizontal version #21.
#11, #21 Thank you for the explanation. The overall appearance of the icon is appealing but its meaning is not intuitive. My impression was that it is a torch only and I missed the running figure altogether. If the wings (gold color items) could more clearly be interpreted as S, R, and A, then the block initials could be removed. And I am wondering if the blue portions (running figure) could still be abstrct and yet more obviously a runner.
