Residential real estate search and information website for the Sacramento, California region in a very clean, professional format.

nothing really specific, just not like the existing site. this will be the basis for the redesign of the entire site. Making it look a little more GenY and less blah. If I were to choose colors... I like either blue/black/grey or red/black/grey themes (clean and crisp).

clean, progressive, edgy, could have the dot com or not in the design. Want something that really POPs! and stands out. Maybe 3D feel, maybe not. Surprise me. I uploaded some photos of Sacramento Landmarks (tower bridge and the capital) for ideas. I like what I see without the landmarks, however wanted to give as much info as possible. I also like feel of a compass since it is "House Hunters"
