I like #2 so far. Maybe the color a little bit brighter. I would also like to see an option with the type in italic, maybe that could bring out a little more of the "Agility" that i want to communicate.

#3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 - I´ve liked the web 2.0 look, and liked the bright orange. But I think that the cross symbol is commonplace. I also did not like the type you´ve used.

I´m not interested in #1 - Although it uses a symbol that is not commonplace, i feel that the symbol is not coneccted with what we do, and I also didn´t like the type.

I Believe we should use Saavedra only with the firs S as a capital letter.
SAAVEDRA all caps looks a bit hard, and not personal, and that is NOT what we want to communicate.
Please consider that for the next entries.

Hi giggio, #19 might have a good way as a symbol, but I think it still need some adjustments with the form. The type could be only with the "S" as a capital letter - Saavedra. I also think that the overall look should be more modern, especially the font.
