As for incorporating your website URL into the logo, as a designer, I recommend against it. I even recommend against incorporating a tagline into the logo -- or at least making sure you have a version without it. There are times when you'll need to print your logo in a small size, so that a website URL or tagline will be illegible. Further, your website address and your brand are two different things -- if your company was entirely web-based, this would be different. But in your case, your brand should be much more than a website domain. If your business is an Amazon or a Google, it would be more appropriate to incorporate the ".com" -- but even they don't do that.
