1) Would not like houses in the logo since this is full service real estate company, not just residential housing.

2) Would like something with a colored background.

3) The map of philadelphia is not a identifiable mark. Please do not have a map of Philadelphia

Try something with White letters & colored background. Please see this: Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Logo, signs. These are nice.

Doesnt Have to have buildings. Maybe could do something interesting with the name RUST like a box of the letters or something.

Please experiment with colors, but do not like the real bright blues, something more powerful.
