Might I suggest you look at the Serbian flag to get an idea of the eagle. It has to be white so the contours must be fairly bold. I suggest working on some ideas to position a stylized, modern depiction of the double-headed white eagle behind the ball shape. I like the two characters above the disk...maybe work on the European stars below the disk to replace the blue shapes you currently have there.

Hello there, although you're quite a late entry we really like what you have done. You are the only person who has added design outside and around the ball shape, so you have retained our logo while adding to it, which is excellent. Can you look at the Serbian flag and see how you can integrate their double-headed white eagle into the logo, replacing the left-facing eagle you have used.
For the text, I really like the font for SERBIA 2018. Please refer to our logo and change the writing on top so it represents that font. Unfortunately I don't have the exact font but you can use something similar.

Hello, welcome to the contest! I like the look of the logo as it just feels like a tournament and retains elements of our logo. The writing should be RUGBY LEAGUE UNDER-19 (or U19) EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP and should have SERBIA 2018 somewhere.
Finally, please consider, what is it about your logo that says 'Serbia'? That's a key device.
