I think it's too busy now, plus those eagles aren't emblematic of the Serbian eagles. Can you change the text to RUGBY LEAGUE U19 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP using the font you have used. For the latter, please use a font that is quite Russian in appearance.
Also, we don't need our slogan at the bottom so please remove that.

I know how important it is as I am from Serbia ;)
I wasn't able to include it since for now I didn't find good solution. I'll try out few more options and upload once I find the exact balance between the eagles and the overall design.

I like the stylized eagle, but as I said previously, it needs to be double-headed, and has to be predominantly white, so clever use of the outline colour will achieve this.

Hello Bob, thanks for the good designs. Yours are different to all the others in that you have included SERBIA in the ball shape, which I like.

The one problem is the representation of the eagle. The Serbians are very particular: their white eagle is double-headed. Please try to represent that.

Dear Bomba, thanks for the designs. I like the use of the stars just on the top, but please try to make the font on the right similar to the font in our logo. SERBIA 2018 could do with being a bit bigger and I would prefer the design on the left not to contain RLEF. We really want the logo to shout it's Serbian. You've added the double-headed eagle so maybe work on making that feature more prominent?
