Our focus has been in Education and Employment Management hence the "EM" in the name. A "Rubric", in the context of education is a coherent set of criteria for students' work that includes descriptions of levels of performance quality on the criteria. As a company we provide technology in a way that that is purposeful, structured and distinct in the creation and delivery of education.

We are interested in seeing:
- an emphasis or contrast between "Rubric" and "EM"
- kept professional and simple
- play on the words and/or a separate icon
