another look with multi-colors... the R is supposed to look pixelized, digital, made up of squares to pull in some conceptual relativity to the brand name - Roxbury, Digital... some things that have been taken into account: scalability - it works at favicon size, being its 2010 you want flexibility & scalability within the branding of your logo... it also works well in one color...
check over at logopond & creattica for logo work & webcreme.com for web interfaces to get a better idea of what you should be looking for... this may help you refine your taste as to what is good design on the web in 2010...
here you go ;) In my opinion i think this is the best type option as well - you can't go wrong with helvetica if you want to come off as classic/professional...
