#5 - Love the sleek design! It's simple and says alot! Color choices are great - Very creative.
Maybe flip the car to the right and the engineering to the left... just curious?

#1 & #2 - This was actually our first logo, which made us all smile. We're looking for something more along the lines of #5

#3 - We like the idea, but the style of the car is very dated. A newer top of the car might look cool?

#4 - Like the concept but the car top is dated. Think newer european cars. The color combination and placement isn't my favorite. Your design number five is more our style.

#7 - very sexy!! Smooth, sleek and gets to the point.
Love the font and colors.

#6 - a little too simple and juvenille. we're an automotive engineering company and your logo doesn't say that.

hey as you are a web based company can you please post a link to your website so we can get an idea what sort of surrounding the logo will appear in?
or let us know if you are planning to redo the website around your new logo =)
thanks!

We are planning to redo the website around the logo, so I'd prefer you not to see the current one - We want a competely new look!

#13 - looks sharp! Only problem is we couldn't tell if the picture was an alien head, hub cap or movie reel.
Maybe a gear or car or an obvious car wheel?

#9 - the letters seem to be hard to read according to my older staff. The colors would be better in blues and oranges and greys. Love the concept though.

#10 - try the outline of the car in Orange and the Rothenbacher in a bright blue. My staff is complaining that the letters are a little hard to read because of the font.

no worries =)

also could you post feedback that is intended for a specific designer on their page by clicking their logo while leaving this area for general overall feedback intended for all designers? it makes things alot easier for us if you do it this way =)

also if this is your first time using this site could you please spare a minute to read this: https://logotournament.com/forum/general_discussion/914
it contains some info that im sure you will find very helpful.
thanks,

#24 - Looks great. The engineering is hard to see
14 years ago

#15 - We like how the car on top looks and how our company seem to be flying. Cool concept.

#19, #20, #21 - Either your font is confusing or you spelled our company name wrong. The concept is great and love the car. Looks like a VW.

#20 Can you make the car color a gold or orange?

You all have great concepts! Our company truely focuses on Volkswagons mostly and my staff would like to see the outline of a volkswagon car. Still simple, sleek and sexy, but think rabbit, bug, jetta, passat...

#30 - cool lighting, but it looks a little mean. We want to give more of a friendly, happy, high energy feel.

I thought so too...

...also there are a few porsche companies the have a car outline as their logo.
Which is fine as the 911 hasn't really changed shape in 50 years.
(although the first porsche was half a VW anyway)

Yes I still want a 911 porsche, 1971 RSR carrera to be precise.

You all have great designs, but a lot of you are copying each other. We work with cars, but what describes our company even more is the science and engineering behind it. think cars, but also scientific stuff... beakers, gears, manufacturing machines.

After showing the CEO the entries I listed his top 3 picks (and ultimately it's his choice) - So let me give you his feedback.

He loves the Porsche style lettering in #24
He'd like to see you all think desiel engines, injectors spraying fuel, pistons moving up and down - think more about the insides of the car, not just the outside.

"More precision gears instead of pretty ones"

ALSO -- black background seems to have won out. Keep with the black background please.

Too much glow, sparkles, gradients, shadows... the logo is supposed to be used not only for web.
Everybody copies each other...
You do anything to impress, even if it's not always the right...
