Please no pictures of houses on the logo. And I do like the idea of a tree or roots, or both.

This logo needs to be able to be seen on a real estate sign and recognized as people drive by. The more incorporated the logo is with the word, the better.

I'd like to see a version of the logo that incorporates the use of a circle - I like the tree idea - with the word Rooted. Maybe the word Rooted is bent?
